The Right to Innocence: Healing the Trauma of Childhood Sexual Abuse by Beverly Engel
A therapist who has worked with sexual abuse and who has suffered sexual abuse herself presents a well written and practical book for survivors. There are helpful visualizations and exercises. I also recommend this books as starting place.

I usually recommend one or more of the following books for the partners of sexually abused suvivors. The books help understand the psychological and emotional behaviors of a survivor and answers the questions so often asked by partners. I also may suggest them for men and women who are themselves victims of sexual abuse.
